We are now back in Ho Chi Minh City following an amazing three days on Phu Quoc, a Vietnamese island just off the south coast of Cambodia. Many have said to us that Phu Quoc is like most Thai islands were like ten or twenty years ago - we'll let you know when we reach Phuket!
These few days spent lying on the beach and exploring the islands on mopeds left us with only one question…what exactly is international sun-lounger etiquette? Some of our fellow guests seemed to think it was fine to get up at the break of dawn to place your towels on the best ones before then heading back to bed which we decided what certainly not very British to say the least. Anyone with Debrett's easily to-hand please let us know if it's covered in there!
