Our research is done and we confirm the trade descriptions act (or Australian version) is well enforced....the Great Ocean Road is indeed Great, and hugs the Ocean all the way. They could have called it the Beautiful, Scenic, Relaxed, Surf-surrounded Ocean Road....but I guess Great is all-encompassing.
