Apologies for the lack of blog updates in recent days but to be honest we've been too busy. We've discovered that New Zealand's South island has a great deal to offer and we've tried our best to fit as much of it in as possible. This has meant (to name just a few) walking, boat trips, jet-boating, quad biking, horse riding, shooting, helicopter flying, glacier exploring, kayaking, beer drinking and wine tasting…the latter both in professional and our own company!!
